Aliyev has expressed condolences to family and mates of Ismail
Berdiyev, the Chairman of the Coordination Heart of Muslims of the
North Caucasus and the Mufti of the Russian Karachay-Cherkess

Ismail Aliyevich Berdiyev, the Chairman of the Coordination Heart
of Muslims of the North Caucasus and the Mufti of the
Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
Haji Ismail was an awesome buddy of Azerbaijan. He made a
vital contribution to the event of pleasant and
neighborly relations between Azerbaijan and Russia. In recognition
of his a few years of fruitful work in strengthening pleasant ties
between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Russia, he was awarded the
State Order of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “Dostlug.”
Haji Ismail’s intensive religious work in selling spiritual

intercivilizational dialogue, earned him deep respect not solely
