BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 31. The relations
between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan derive their energy from the
will of our peoples, stated President Ilham Aliyev in a
congratulatory letter to President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov,

“The ever-expanding Azerbaijani-Kyrgyz ties, now elevated to the
degree of strategic partnership, draw energy from the mutual
respect and can of our peoples, who’ve traditionally lived in
friendship and are certain by unbreakable ties,” President Ilham
Aliyev stated in his congratulatory letter to President of the Kyrgyz
Republic Sadyr Zhaparov on the event of Independence Day.

contribute to the great growth of Kyrgyzstan, its
socio-economic progress, and the well-being of the Kyrgyz

The Azerbaijani chief appreciated his Kyrgyz counterpart’s
