2025 Spring Racing/Training Program, April 8, 2025, week 4, day 2, fourth week of year, Tuesday is a tough day!

We have now begun Spring Monitor & Area now for 14 weeks!

Due to good notes from coaches and athletes.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week 4 of the Spring Monitor & Area Program.
