2025 Spring Racing/Training Program, April 2, 2025, week 3, day 3, third week of year, Wednesday is an easy day !

We’ve begun Spring Observe & Subject now for 14 weeks!

Because of good notes from coaches and athletes.

We’ll embody tempo, hills, and a few thresholds upcoming.

We gives you 14 weeks of Spring Observe & Subject.

Our program is for 800m to five,000m.

That is week three of the Spring Observe & Subject Program.
