Right now is the third day of the third week of Spring Observe & Subject.
Heat up properly; 45-65 minutes of reasonable to simple operating, maybe on trails, then, on flat floor, run 6 x 150m stride-outs, then quiet down, gradual stretching, concentrate on the large muscle tissues, and take time to note something sore. Inform your coach or coach of any undue soreness.
Hydrate and stretch. All the time hydrate.
