The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here! 

It’s time to race!

560,000 girls and boys in highschool are operating cross nation this fall.

After six weeks of the season (for some, eight weeks), racing is coming alongside nicely.

Why can we push hills/

Hills are the key sauce for a lot of coaches.

Elite athletes love hill work, as it could possibly change velocity work, assist construct energy, and may be finished anyplace there may be an incline!

Heat-up nicely,

30 minute warm-up, 5k-8k cross nation race, 20-30 minute cool-down racing,

Cooldown nicely, and bear in mind to hydrate.
